C-Level executive for 115 bed psychiatric hospital.  Responsible for planning and execution of all strategic aspects of Administration and Support Services including Billing, Reimbursement, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Security, Human Resources, Information Management, Staff Development and Dietary.

Adept at contract negotiation, provider relations, payor management, data analytics and metrics.  Responsible for developing financial and performance objectives and results monitoring yielding proven results.

Designed, orchestrated and implemented 25% reduction in space utilization by closing ten (10) buildings  to consolidate space and cut utility and maintenance costs.

Responsibility for thirty percent of all hospital personnel; Consistently demonstrates a high level of  leadership with strong analytical reasoning.

 Pioneered information system advancement across entire facility.

  Implemented energy saving measures saving $30,000 annually.  Leveraging systems yielding 20% cost reduction equaling $1.3 million annually

Designed conversion of budget process from manual to integrated budget system. Developed and implemented productivity monitoring yielding fte reductions in two months. Created labor budgeting process with two-fold improvement in accuracy.

Fiscal administration for $100 million Perioperative Services Division. Responsible for budgeting, capital acquisitions, revenue capture, scheduling, supply chain improvement and periop information systems. Rapid Quality Improvement Lean Production team; Inaugurating supply chain process for surgeon requests saving $500,000 second year. Co-Designed and Implemented new scheduling supporting added volume of 500 cases/year

Fiscal services for $40 million Surgical Services division. Responsibilities include: budgeting, capital acquisitions, supply chain management, planning, operations, process improvement, analysis and pro formas. Providing program recommendations for CEO and VP's, co-implemented fast-track physician customer service improvement system; Initiating daily revenue auditing system recovering $200,000 annually. Designing ratio based monthly monitoring generating $600,000 in the first year.
