Operations Manager Operations Coordinator Executive Assistant to COO Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, serving as second in command operationally with comprehensive responsibility for the iconic, world-class cultural center that is located on the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival, the world's most legendary concert of all time. Hire, train, schedule and supervise a team of 200 staff and an additional 150-200 volunteers to ensure a safe and exceptional customer experience. Oversight includes The Pavilion events accommodating up to 16, 000 concert-goers, The Museum at Bethel Woods that explores the historic Woodstock Festival and the decade of cultural transformation; a 400 seat Event Gallery; and many festivals and events. Recent Accomplishments: ● Credited with providing outstanding infrastructural support throughout Bethel Woods' year after year ● Orchestrated the 45th Anniversary Season, which included six sold out performances ● Increased Food and Beverage profitability by successfully aligning various vendors ● Leveraged Disney's fabled Customer Experience training to create a culture and improving the guest experience ● Generated an unprecedented year-after-year staff retention rate of 80%, unique for a remote small town ● Optimized the transportation partnership with Rolling V Bus, an express“ park and ride” mass transit solution ● Spearheaded an improved system for the annual DOH‘ mass gathering” permitting process Previous Experience
