Grew catalog distribution by conducting research and prospecting to identify vital segments of customer base. Executed market analysis and developed strategies for major accounts. Introduced analytics to develop a program of forecasting tools to ensure accuracy on orders and sales volume on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis; Operations department also relied on these calculations to forecast work on an hourly basis. Mentored and trained managers. Identified and resolved operational predicaments.

Collaborated with several departments throughout all branches including: corporate catalog production, the printer and marketing in all Branches to develop the annual procedures and timeline for the corporate catalog mailing program. Negotiated with the U.S. Post Office to establish rates and delivery requirements and published instructions for each of the branches.

Key Highlights

·Improved catalog distribution by aligning marketing strategies for all 5 branches and improving allocation to under-performing areas. Developed unified prospecting and catalog distribution plans for key markets that were implemented by all of the branches.

·Reduced postal expenses by producing corporate catalog mailing plan to consolidate mailing process; this plan cut redundancy, bolstered and streamlined communication with corporate catalog production as well as the printer.
