For nearly two decades, Ronald Ventriglia worked in the New York real estate sector, owning and managing about a dozen apartment buildings. Responsible for the housing of almost 300 individuals, Ronald Ventriglia oversaw all operations and ensured timely, efficient maintenance services. He handled all finances for the buildings, setting a reasonable rent that provided the cash flow necessary to pay taxes, secure insurance, and ensure quality repairs. Dedicated to improving his community, Ronald Ventriglia created a plan for replacing outdated and inefficient windows. Ultimately, his efforts significantly affected the lives of tenants in more than 75 buildings. Frequently, he communicated with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on behalf of his tenants, helping them secure the social services they needed, such as access to Section 8 housing. Ronald Ventriglia upheld the highest dedication to providing high-quality housing and strived to keep his buildings up to local codes. The task necessitated consistent maintenance and renovation initiatives. He focused mainly on keeping roofing, electrical systems, heating, and plumbing in good working order, understanding the absolute necessity of these factors for everyday living. Before new tenants moved into a unit, Ronald Ventriglia would take care of all essential carpentry, glazier, and locksmith issues. Since retiring in 2000, Ronald Ventriglia has remained active in his community through involvement in the Heritage Foundation, the Loyal Order of Moose, and Kiwanis International. In addition, he offers supports to Paralyzed Veterans of America, Birthright International, and the choir at Sacred Hearts of Jesus. Recreationally, Ronald Ventriglia enjoys a number of athletic activities, including biking, hiking, swimming, and practicing yoga. In addition, he spends time cultivating his flower and vegetable gardens.
