Assistant manager/Supervisor/Bar staff
The Pilgrim bar
Here I started out as bar staff, then quickly elevated to supervisor for 3 other staff, and then finally went on to become assistant manager. My duties consisted of serving drinks and food, operating tills, preparing cocktails, re-stocking, opening and closing, calculating end of day totals, cleaning, maintaining a friendly atmosphere throughout the bar, etc. I had to leave the bar as it was unfortunately targeted in a robbery and was then closed down for good.
