Ronald Lipscomb is a successful and experienced businessman who operates in a variety of professional capacities within or related to the construction industry. Since 2005 he has served as partner executive at Forest City New East Baltimore Partnership (FCNEBP), a construction developer specializing in schools and other specialty facilities. In this role he has overseen the opening of a 275,000-square-foot biotechnology lab and the 234,000-square-foot Maryland Public Health Laboratory. In 2010 Ronald Lipscomb expanded his professional responsibilities by taking on general management positions at Fir Tree Management, LLC, and New Directions Trust, LLC, both located in Towson, Maryland. In 2012 he took on additional management roles with LSH Gateway, LLC, in Towson and the Chesapeake Regional Center, LLL, in Chantilly, Virginia.
Ronald Lipscomb studied civil engineering at Durham, North Carolina’s Duke University on an A.B. Duke scholarship and at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Outside of his many professional commitments, he enjoys gardening and listening to jazz music. Saxophonist John Coltrane ranks as his favorite musician. He also spends time following various sports teams based out of Washington, DC.
