I'm a seasoned Product Manager.I'm expert in product management, operational management, UX/product design, editorial direction, and social marketing.

I've raised ¥2M of seed funding from the CEO of Hubei Long Chen Technology Company, to initiate a gambling-oriented sports data analyze APP project as a co-founder.

• Excellent ability to identify market and user trends by analyzing market conditions and researching key competitors to define the long-term strategy. 

• Manage Product roadmap of LeSportsHK website by prioritizing the backlog of user feedback, enhancements and fixes requirement with long-term strategy vision.

• Facilitate the dynamic viewing experience on the website for world-leading sports content, including Premier League, NBA, MLB, World Cup.

•Conduct the LeSportsHK website release plan with product roadmap vision, release a bi-weekly version for bug fixing and a monthly version for new features which delivering an increment of product value. 

•Review EPL&NBA purchase related online content to ensure proper implementation of SEO techniques and SEM strategies to boost traffic and online conversion by 15% and 50% respectively in a month.

• Created an innovative methodology for User Interfaces of LeSports website, resulting in 20% increase in user satisfaction.

• Led and managed 15+ team members, including project management, creative, content and technical teams to deliver the dating product First Sight on App and web platform.

•Managed user acquisition manager who oversee 10+ different domestic ad networks, paid re-engagement, ASO, and organic retention.

•Developed product roadmaps of all-platform based on maximum revenue opportunities.

•Launched the virtual gift-based live streaming service in the First Sight 3.0 version, the most significant propeller of business, generating RMB¥3.5 million revenue in Q4 2015.

•Cooperate with outsourcing design team on UI/UX product design to bring out higher level output than competitors.

• Gathered analysis of product specifications and enhancements, customer feedback, and market testing for the development of HK Reporter v2.0 product.

• Developed the strategy, business plan, product requirements and portfolio roadmaps based on regional customer requirements and competitive market analysis.

• Increased the HK Reporters’ UV by 20% after Uncovered flaws of the website which hurting SEO rankings and devised numerous solutions to lift HK Reports’ visibility in search engines

• Define product roadmap and version planning, conduct on-line product testing, optimization, data analysis and user feedback for adjusting product content 

• Collaborate with cross-functional team in delivering customer value and business goal with new features and services.

• Manage sprints as Product Owner of Kugou PC APP in scrum environment using JIRA. Facilitate scrum methodology - sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations to increase the team efficiency. 

• Increased the PCU (Peak Concurrent Users) of Kugoo PC version from 4 million to 6 million in a year through version iterating.

• Optimize the searching algorithm of Kugoo music, after the iteration of two versions, user's search failure rate decreased from 13.5% to 6.8%
