Fluency in Spanish

I have been exposed to many aspects of the Spanish culture due to my father, who grew up in Madrid, and I have traveled to Spain numerous times to become more familiar with my heritage. I have traveled abroad to Spain for the last couple years over the summer alone to see stay with extended family for a few weeks to become more exposed to the language and the culture. I have been enrolled in Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 with exceptional grades and performance in and outside of the classroom.

Web Development

I have created countless websites either for e-commerce purposes for my numerous businesses or for writing purposes that support my writing material, like blogs. I have been using different tools and experimenting with the outcomes of them, and I have become confident for web development on Weebly and Wix, which are hosts that give you the barebones for web dev., and also creating a webpage from scratch using HTML.

I have become incredibly consumed with writing over the past few years, and I have competed in PSIA Ready Writing competitions, routinely written articles to be published or for myself, and even recently published a 170-page novel. This skill also compliments my interest in business by giving me opportunities to write theories and material of my own surrounding business strategy.

Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy

I have learned much about startup methodology over the years through sources like Stanford Business School's eCorner Online Courses, Steve Blank's How to Start a Startup Course on Udacity, The Lean Startup by Eric Ries, and countless other books, courses, and events. I have participated myself in entrepreneuship by starting businesses of my own, writing articles, and becoming involved with Austin startups.

Founder and CEO

Ro-Cones Shaved Ice

I have been the CEO of Ro-Cones for quite some time now as a way to implement my learnings in the field of business and to generate revenue to fuel my other interests. Ro-Cones is a part-time job for me since I have been occupied with schoolwork and other interests during the school year, so during the summer, Ro-Cones is one my main priorities as I am in control of everything ranging from marketing to distribution. I have been seeing tremendous growth of both my knowledge and experience of entrepreneurship and my company over the few years, and as a side-project I've found it a very enjoyable passtime.
