My experience in all these three areas is large. I was leading and managing teams up to 200 in different industries (logistic, banking, telecom, FMCG etc.) and on European level. I spent several years leading largest worldwide change programs. I can offer theoretical knowledge combined with experience, industry and process knowledge together with leadership and coaching skills. With all these I can guarantee success of delivery of your daily business, projects and portfolio and/or your change programs.
I am strong believer in lifetime learning and personal growth and so I have quite a few certificates, non typical for my level of seniority.

Accepting offer of medium Czech private company to build and manage consulting division to change GlideVision perception as supplier of software. Changed company approach to corporate customers, improved project and sales process. Working with customers to improve their project portfolios and change implementation.

itSMF Czech Republic

Founding itSMF Chapter in Czechia in 2006. Coming back to lead the Chapter in 2011. Developed annual itSMF conference into the largest IT event in Czech republic.

Based in Arizona, USA. DHL was closing datacenter operation and convert organization to decrease to 10% of original size. Responsible for the project to deliver expected benefits of €60M while maintaining smooth transition to Europe and Asia and not disrupting business operation.

Built new European Support organization in Quality, Processes, Reporting, Audits –internal/external, Project Support, Account mgmt support, Top mgmt support, Bid creation, Facility management, Fleet and Travel. Transforming team of 140+ to more efficient team of 100, with budget of € 40M delivered significant savings, developed global strategy for Risk, Quality and Process management while supporting business on day to day basis.

Support of 300+ services and 180 of staff. Introduced full scale of Service Delivery Reviews internally and in 2007 continuing with this trend to deliver similar to the customer. Leading development and actively working on Support Point Analysis theory, which allows to measure productivity of Services, Domains, Individuals, necessary for support teams sizing.

Transformation of Omnicom, fully owned Czech Telecom daughter company. Company was making loss and without strategy. Over 4 months, a new strategy was developed, the company restructured, a part of management changed and went from red to black numbers.

Hired to stabilize and develop new systems as present systems were not stable. New team change proposed and implemented helpdesk and development according to ITIL standards. Systems stabilized for 2 years to give the company space for new systems development. Credit card implemented in Slovak Republic, new banking system in Russia.

IT systems change, building a new support team, developing/implementing new organizational structure, unifying IT and voice communications, supplier negotiations, leading a team of 60, responsible for budget of €10M. Spent 6 month in Budapest to fix Hungarian operations.
