The program taught me how to design new organizational structures, how to resolve conflicts, and how to supervise and mentor talented employees. It also helped me with outsourcing issues, as well as making decisions about which among the continually evolving technologies can best nurture an organization's growth.
It helped me to get good knowledge about coaching, and also strengthened my ability to coach higher level employees. The program has made me think critically as a person and tackle any organizational issues without disturbing the routine work.
