Senior Integration Architect Manager


My job here was to establish technology strategy and architecture for business integration, speed to market, M&A, divestitures, consolidation, cost reduction, and risk management. I also managed the resources that delivered the projects. I also ended up rolling out common engineering and project management processes for the entire corporate IT department and chaired the steering committee.

I was responsible for both sales and delivery management for multiple practice areas.

I performed the hiring, firing, and mentoring of the integration consulting practice. I was responsible for all engagement delivery and customer satisfaction. I also supported the sales team with collateral and as a speaker for meetings and events.

I was instrumental in growing our consulting team at a Fortune 10 customer. My role was business analysis, software development, and project management for integration, automation, and workflow of business processes. Later I managed the shared services COE delivery center for an $8 billion business unit (program management). I reviewed the work of the different development teams, delivered all 200 projects on time, and consistently reduced cost and turnaround time.

During the initial part of my career I worked in various roles, from software development to operations management to sales engineer. The roles I enjoyed most were designing software, leading and mentoring IT teams, and meeting with prospective customers.

About Me

I am a Managment Consultant with specialization in Technology Strategy and Design, Cost Optimization, Process & Quality Excellence, and Program Management. I have been leading globals teams at Startups, Government agencies, and Fortune 100 companies for 15 years to innovate and optimize business. I have a BS in Computer Engineering. I live in Gilberts IL with my wife and two boys, 6 and 2. We enjoy camping and I am looking forward to coaching soccer at the Y this summer.
