A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Roger Hale's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focuses on real estate and land use economics. The degree provided him with the foundation that he needed to embark on his successful career the industry. Today, Hale serves as the Director of Operations and a Real Estate Broker for a full-service real estate company, Guardian Real Estate, LLC.In addition to his degree in real estate economics, Roger Hale has pursued further education and training in his profession. He completed the Omaha Police Department's Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program, through which property owners learn how to promote crime-free environments in apartment buildings. He proactively developed positive working relationships with the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, the Iowa Finance Authority, and the Midwest Housing Equity Group, Inc. Roger Hale understands the importance of developing solid relationships with agencies in the communities in which he works; to that end, he collaborates with the Omaha Housing Authority, the Bellevue Housing Authority, and the Douglas County Housing Authority.As a Guardian Real Estate employee, Roger Hale has managed diverse property portfolios, including a conventional property of 250 tax credit apartments. He effectively supervised and evaluated property tax credits and achieved success in monitoring and compliance through his sound business strategies. Hale’s effective management practices have allowed him to increase performance for all properties under his direct management. Among his successes, he has reduced delinquencies and improved market rates at multiple sites.Formerly a Portfolio Manager for the Seldin Company, a full-service real estate organization, Hale developed capital improvement programs. His efforts resulted in raised property occupancy levels, increased property values, and higher levels of customer satisfaction.
