Promoted performance-oriented work environment, led senior and junior faculty, and facilitate successful delivery of new performance-based curriculum – the culmination of more than 5 years development, design, pilot-testing, and performance qualification revisions.
Performed instrumental-role creating 85 task specific job aids to support technical training required in the Health Services field.
