Achievements: Develop and implementation of  an application that optimize the interface between SAP and BBVA online banking in the treasury department generating monthly savings of $50 thousand pesos.

Description: The main activities as financial consisted in analyzing size of the market, competitors, gross profit margin and verify the economic feasibility of the sale of freeze dried products, in addition to that function I also discard and validate potential markets where our company had a competitive advantage from financial models to quantify potential profit scenarios. My functions also required to propose strategies for sales department to generate more revenue.

In parallel I had to identify, analyze and develop business proposals for the sale of freeze dried products in different markets, as well as understanding the industry in order to create business models and economic models to observe cost-benefit, return over investment and time payback.

Functions:

  • Development of sales strategy and positioning strategies
  • Support in the development of financial planning.
  • Development of marketing strategy and launch strategy.
  • Locate and propose potential business through contact commercial partners and industry understanding.
  • Responsible for the operational and strategic relationship with suppliers.

Achievements: Identify the suitable market niche for freeze dried products(avocado and coconut) and achieve that R&D became the signature of the company. Production increased 4 times the capacity of the plant in a period of 1 year, which it translate into income $16,000 USD monthly.

Description: Analysis of trends and changes in prices of agricultural products(mango, lemon, cocoa and amaranth). Coordinate export logistics from the manufacturing plant till arrival the customer warehouse.

Achievements:Manage to create a solid customer portfolio of approximately 50 companies located in the USA, UK and Japan for various organic Mexican products. Develop export projects of 2 million pesos for organic mango with SAGARPA and PROMEXICO funds.

Description: Go through different areas of the company their main business is travel retail. The objective of the internship was to understand the operation of this and propose improvements to their processes. In this company I started in the warehouse area controlling food and beverage inventories. Subsequently I to sales and marketing where I had the opportunity to shadow sales to DFS and Louis Vuitton. Simultaneously perform administrative activities in finance and executive board.
