Having over fifteen years of management experience, Rodmark Ruschi S. Barriga recently established, and is currently managing, a printing and trading company called People Central Inc., servicing various clients in Central Luzon.    

Previously, Rodmark was in the retail business, having opened and operated several concept shops for several international brands, including crocs™, Levi's®, and adidas®.  Under Rodmark's leadership, the retail shops consistently won awards for Best in Visual Merchandising, Best in Customer Service, Best in Sales, even being awarded as the Philippines' "Store of the Year" by each of the three aforementioned brands.

Over the years, Rodmark has had the privilege to work with many young people, and this in turn has given rise to his advocacy of wanting to provide more opportunities, including mentoring, for the youth of the country.

The company owned and operated several retails shops selling branded apparel and sportswear, including the flagship stores for the Philippines of the Levi’s® and adidas® brands. Started as a Store Manager for one of the retail shops of the company and worked his way up as the President and Chief Operating Officer by the time of his departure from the organization.

Participated in the formulation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the company and its employees’ union.  Formulated a performance appraisal system for employees of the entire company.  Part of a two-man team that formulated a re-organizational scheme for the whole company that would comply with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) quality standards for service organizations.  Oversaw the staffing requirements of the company and I implemented company rules and regulations.
