  • Restructured a fragmented department and infrastructure by hiring seasoned personnel to support the enterprise, control all procurement activities, standardization of assets, develop and deploy corporate policies, and initiate a help desk tracking system to manage/maintain customer satisfaction for the company,
  • Design, architected, and deployed a CRM/SFA solution (internally) to the enterprise and positioned that application for an acquisition to a CRM company; resulting in turning an IT organization into a profit center,
  • Facilitated the move of 300+ employees to a state-of-the-art office space with minimal downtime to include; acquiring and setup of a Definity PBX with call center capabilities, built in over 36 hours of UPSs to the LAN continuous uptime, provided full AV capabilities to over 53,000 sq. ft of office space, and developed a 3 shift/24x7 NOC center to monitor all activities of the product offering as well as internal technology infrastructure.
