About Rocky Cullens

Dr. Rocky Cullens performs all oral and maxillofacial surgical proceduresl while also delivering professional education to health-care providers. A clinical assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he serves as primary lecturer and developer of curricular material, Dr. Rocky Cullens also serves as a continuing education instructor and invited course developer for the Oklahoma Dental Foundation

Dr. Rocky Cullens comes to his current role following service as a staff oral maxillofacial surgeon with the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. There, he provided care for both level 1 and level 2 trauma patients. He had previously built similar experience as a surgeon at Sparks Regional Medical Center, where he performed inpatient and outpatient procedures as well as facial surgery as the need arose.

A continuing education speaker for Sparks Regional Medical Center Diabetes symposium, he accepted the position of chief of service for 2010 and joined the Medicare Quality of Care committee in 2011. Dr. Cullens has also owned and operated a successful solo practice in Arkansas, which he sold when he accepted his current role in 2013.
