Working directly with the President/CEO and EVP of Strategy & Development, developed and executed the Company’s first and consecutive strategic marketing and public relations plans and related budgets.  Served as focal point for re-engineering all collateral, marketing materials, and proposal content of over 200 client facing presentations.  Lead the positioning of Parago as a marketing solution provider with key industry associations and groups. Revolutionized needed technology methods and automation to align the sales and marketing departments, streamlining and tracking efforts, real-time communication and initiatives.

Vertical Marketing Manager


Responsible for vertical marketing initiatives, I identified, developed and built a Retail Vertical segment for Sprint Business, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the vertical marketing, sales and technical solutions teams. While in this role, I provided consultative and technical direction on over 230 strategic account planning sessions and personally presented Sprint solutions to over 20 CXO level customers within a 12 month period.During tenure with the Hospitality division, I initiated and developed new pricing, customer service structure and marketing messaging for the division which allowed revenues to remain consistent while the market declined at over 20% per year and the technology platform was phased out.

  • Achieved rank of 2nd highest revenue producing vertical market for Sprints Business after first year
  • Generated over $120k in additional marketing funds from strategic partners and internal business units

Worked directly with the CEO, President and CMO on the development and implementation of integrated operational strategies, policies and procedures. Developed go-to-market and messaging strategies to increase physician referral business across 13 independent home health care agencies. Managed regional sales and marketing team of 28 professionals across a tri-state region.
