Upon completion of the SRN database to supplement the special needs of the Global Service and Repair departments, I accepted a promotion to support the on-boarding of the Service technicians. My role included travel arrangements, Visa/Passport coordination, productive hours tracking, material handling, and customer support for both internal and 3rd party. My projects involved streamlining materials, creating billing scenarios between Production Orders and across company code internal billing and coordinating vendor returns. Complimented on my technical writing skills and procedure enhancements.
