Robin Bruner's career has been characterized by a passion for customer care. Throughout his professional life, he has driven significant sales and profit increases through his relationship building and listening skills. Whether as an Internet Sales Manager with a 97% customer satisfaction rating, or a customer care leader with Eclipse Aviation, where he won a top performance award, he has consistently delivered strong business results by listening and responding to the customers' needs. He has extensive experience in both the aviation and automotive industries and has succeeded in sales, R&D, operations, customer service and management roles. He is also a qualified airline pilot. Robin is no less successful in his personal life. An avid cyclist, he has completed four Century Road Rides in the last six years and led a mountain biking team to victory in the '24 Hours of Adrenalin' race at Snoqualmi Ski Mountain. He has also run four marathons and enjoys raising money for charity by organizing sporting events. Robin's sporting achievements are evidence of his determination and perseverance.   • Organized run up the Bank of America tower to raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
  • Participated in 4-day, 500-mile bike ride to raise money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation
  • Led mountain biking team that won the “24 Hours of Adrenalin” race at Snoqualmie Ski Mountain
  • Solo-climbed Mt Adams (Washington) and Mt. Shasta (California)
  • Completed 4 Century Road rides in last 6 years
  • Ran 4 marathons, placing first in Portland’s Open Co-Ed Division in 2001
  • Completed 2 biathlons (cycling and running).
  • Organized 7 Tour de Peaks mountain bike events.

Maintain positive customer relations and resolve conflicts during extremely difficult time for the company. Serve as contract support liaison between company and its investors; issue, mediate and manage all contracts; collect funds from customers, and represent the company at trade shows.

  • Dramatically improved customer relationships, earning recognition as top-performing customer care rep and succeeded in upselling operational equipment in an extremely challenging environment.
