About Robert Zarco

Robert Zarco, peer-selected to The Best Lawyers in America, co-founded Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, PA, in 1992. As president of the firm, he utilizes his extensive background in finance and accounting to represent clients in cases in wide range of cases, from intellectual property to disputes involving franchisors, franchisees, and franchise agreements. Along with his courtroom skills, Robert Zarco advocates for legislation that benefits franchisees by lobbying members of the state legislatures and United States Congress.

Among other honors, Mr. Zarco has been named A Legal Eagle in Franchising, a Top Franchise Attorney, and a Florida Super Lawyer, all of which appear in various legal publications. Further, he has shared his knowledge and experience in a series of television and radio interviews.

Robert Zarco completed his bachelor’s degree in economics at Harvard University. To further his education, he attended the Pace Graduate School of Business and the University of Miami, where he completed his juris doctor.

Away from the office, he enjoys boating and cooking. In addition, he regularly donates to a number of charities.
