Attorney-at-Law Robert W. Bauer has resided the Gainesville, Florida, area for the majority of his professional life. A native of Pensacola who spent his youth in Tallahassee, he settled in Gainesville after service with the U.S. Army at Fort McClellan, Alabama, and overseas in Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Bauer also became certified as a Firefighter through Florida State Fire College in Ocala, 27 miles south of Gainesville.Eventually, Robert W. Majoring in Philosophy, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2001, and then proceeded to obtain his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. While pursuing his law degree, Robert W. Bauer interned in the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida for the Honorable Peter K. Sieg. The eminent multi-purpose legal firm of Clayton-Johnson, P.A., in Gainesville hired him as a Law Clerk while he completed his studies. Mr. Bauer gained admittance to the Florida State Bar in 2005 and subsequently opened his practice, The Law Offices of Robert W. Bauer, P.A.
