Assisted with defining strategy, specifications and support for the unprecedented "Church in a Cloud" software solution. Researched, selected, negotiated contracts, implemented and trained staff on a solutions such as the Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce and Formsite), Project Management (Smartsheet), Social Media Management (Radian-6), Content Management (Composite C1), Media Asset Management (Levels-Beyond and Kaltura), Learning Management (Litmos), Google Enterprise Applications, and Scrum for Agile Development (Microsoft TFS 2012).
While with Deluxe, the Carson Entertainment Group issued a press release in August 2010 about a new B2B website we developed giving authorized user's unprecedented access to the entire Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson library. 30 years of the show was digitized, organized, transcribed and made keyword searchable by all guests, bits, performances, commercials or any word anyone uttered. With the issuance of the press release, there has been some very positive news stories in Variety, The New York Times, The LA Times, The Toronto Star and a piece on the NBC Nightly News, such as:
