The leader of a dynamic health-services and patient testing company, Robert devotes his energies to insuring that Pro-GeneX is changing the way that patient testing services are delivered. With a patient-centered approach, Pro-GeneX provides genetic testing that is both actionable and helpful, improving outcomes, increasing metrics related to quality measures, and making report data portable, enhancing the toolsets that caregivers need to provide an ever-increasing standard of care.

My job entailed capital development, business management, and operational oversight in this post-development phase medical device manufacturer. To describe our product, just imagine sickbay on Star Trek. Our touchless patient monitoring system is a true 21st century wunderkind!

Wings Air

Startup operation, purchased company in 2005 after a year-long capital search.

Began charter operations mid-2005.

Operated as a charter until 2008, when converted to commuter (scheduled) air carrier.


Capitalization raised in excess of $4.7mm (private and angel investor) financing.

Additional funding was $4.5mm in private aircraft leasebacks.

Company Check-airman.

Initial Cadre Company Instructor.

Increased fleet to 8 aircraft on leaseback.

Developed hyper-efficient maintenance facility.

Achieved DOT Commuter Status (Economic Authority) in less than 100 days.

Achieved Commuter Status (FAA) in same time frame.

Acquired Gate Access at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

Developed benchmark Flight Operations, Flight Management, Dispatch, and Customer Service Groups.

Developed in-house training and simulation facility which is one of a kind.

TSA AOSSP received in less than 90 days.

Negotiated changes in the ATL ASP allowing unique operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

Beneficial relationships with Delta Airlines, American Airlines, and Cape Air.

Identified and formulated methodology for selecting profitable commuter markets.

Successfully negotiated with TSA to add new airports to screening processes.
