  • Collaborate closely with the Architect of Record, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, municipal building officials, general contractor and related sub-trades to ensure the project is executed as planned

  • Presented plans, coordinated and managed capital improvement projects
  • Conversant with Ontario regulations pertaining to building codes, the operation of public pools/spas and fire codes
  • Developed a comprehensive operations and maintenance manual outlining day-to-day operations and procedures as well as preventative maintenance programs
