Robert Madden, DDS, remains dedicated to improving his patients’ oral health at Southwest Family Dentistry in Littleton, Colorado. In addition, he upholds a commitment to using his expertise for the good of the community and his fellow dentists. Dr. Madden has served as a dental consultant for several senior healthcare facilities, as well as Lakewood's Head Start. Dr. Robert Madden also contributes regularly to charitable organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, as well as the Denver Rescue Mission.Currently, Dr. Robert Madden draws on his education (MBA from the University of Colorado) and experience to educate new dentists on ways of enhancing their knowledge in dental practice management. A reputable dentist, Dr. Madden also serves as a Success speaker for the American Dental Association (ADA). Other service to the ADA includes consulting the organization’s Council on Private Practice and the Dental Schools Programs Project Advisory Group. Dr. Robert Madden sustains membership in the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Metro Denver Dental Society, and the Denver Implant Study Club. Dr. Robert Madden maintains close ties to his alma mater, the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Dentistry. He has established an endowment in 2000 for the College of Dentistry. The UNMC College of Dentistry also annually gives out an Excellence in Practice Management Award in his name. Currently, Dr. Madden is on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the school, which recently asked him to represent the College of Dentistry on the Campaign Committee for Excellence in Dental Education. He is also a member of the university’s Dean’s Club, the Chancellor’s Club, and the Alumni Association.When not serving patients or contributing his time to one of these organizations, Dr. Robert Madden enjoys fly fishing, visiting art museums, theater, reading, and bicycling.
