As an undergraduate at Penn State University, Robert Kolaczynski served as an exceptional leader and fund-raiser. While attending college, Robert Kolaczynski served as President of the 2,000 member Interfraternity Council, which raised $9 million in charitable donations. As President of Kappa Delta Rho fraternity, Robert Kolaczynski organized activities that attracted enough money to fund the remodeling of his 50-room fraternity house. He also partnered with Delta Delta Delta sorority to win the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, which is the world’s largest student-organized philanthropy.

After graduating from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science, Robert Kolaczynski moved to New York City and landed a position with the prestigious brokerage firm Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. Robert Kolaczynski earned his Series 6 and 7 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), enabling him to sell securities. Earning recognition as a top performer, Robert Kolaczynski was admitted as a member of the firm’s exclusive Executive’s Club and President’s Club. Kolaczynski rose to become Vice President and remained a productive financial planner at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith for nearly 20 years until he joined Prudential Bache Securities.

As Vice President and Large Account Specialist at Prudential Bache Securities’ Manhattan headquarters, Robert Kolaczynski hired a staff of more than 30 sales experts to help manage major clients’ accounts. Robert Kolaczynski left Prudential Bache Securities to found Capital Business Solutions, Inc., in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Kolaczynski managed an office staff of 20, oversaw more than 200 sales representatives across the nation, and built a network exceeding 600 affiliate lenders in all 50 states.

At present, Robert Kolaczynski serves as Managing Director of Royal Palm Capital, LLC in Palm Beach, Florida, advising corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as takeovers. Robert Kolaczynski’s company also perform due diligence, pre-transaction audits, and investigations. Robert Kolaczynski also maintains involvement in another venture, Capital for Merchants. In partnership with North American Bancard (NAB), Royal Palm Capital, LLC launched Capital for Merchants, a credit card processing division.
