I am a global finance executive with over 20 years of experience working in the United States, various parts of Asia and Europe.  My background includes both entrepreneurial and corporate experiences at senior levels of an organization, including:

·CFO position as a business partner of the General Manager for a mobile computing product division with revenues over $1 billion

·CEO of my own company which distributed telecom equipment worldwide as well as performed outside development and manufacturing

My experience includes a strong involvement and participation with engineering, marketing, sales and executive management levels to develop targeted strategies and maximize financial results.  I have been in entrepreneurial positions where I have started operations in remote international locations as well as in positions that were part of a mature organization and working with large multifunctional management teams.  My management experience includes managing operations as well as finance groups of from 5 to over 80 professionals worldwide.

Manage the Finance Function globally.Responsibility includes SEC reporting, financial reporting and analysis, forecasting and planning, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, foreign statutory reporting and managing the year end and quarterly corporate audits.Coordinated the annual financial budget process and developed the guidance and CFO scripts provided during earnings releases.Put in place standardized processes and policies to improve accuracy while gaining time efficiencies.Total group managed is approx. 80 globally and company revenues approximate $650M annually.
