Responsibilities include managing, designing, developing, and implementing various Microsoft platforms and systems including: TouchStar’s Call Center Application, Windows Server 2003 SQL 2005 IIS 6.0, Windows XP Professional Share Point Services, Internet filtering Web services, Multi-layered security platform. Using Websense Enterprise, implemented, maintained, and established security policies for Internet access Established and implemented best practices & standards for design, developing, troubleshooting, and implementation with various on-site systems and application. Established user & group policies, profiles, configured DNS, DHCP, Active Directory maintenance, and setup on-site and off-site backup systems within a Windows Server 2003 Environment. Implemented an off-site backup system for disaster recovery which provided 24/7 backup policy. Managed, implemented, and supported both a virtual hosted call center application and an onsite call center applianc. Extensive expertise in full lifecycle project management, website and content management, systems analysis, including all stages of development. Established and implemented best practices & standards for design, developing, troubleshooting, and implementation with various on-site systems and applications.
