Continue to represent the company locally as an employment expert through multiple speaking engagements and publication of articles in local media.
- Coordinated a re-branding campaign including development of a new marketing message, website, and internet recruiting strategy leading to a 10-fold annual increase in web applications.
- Developed sales systems and marketing materials specific to each target market and implemented each in new CRM system which increased sales activity visibility and decreased weekly sales report time from hours to minutes.
- Proposed and led a strategic shift to higher profit client engagements resulting in a 37% increase in profitability over a two-year period.
