From 1999 to 2001, Heist functioned as a Partner at Bates & Carey LLP, leaving when he established R. Connor & Associates.Robert Heist’s work history also includes his experience as a business manager, working with organizations based in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hershey Trust Company and the Board of Managers of the Milton Hershey School.
