Provided excellent customer service and satisfaction in a high stress, fast paced environment to give the ultimate party experience for the party hosts. Worked closely with people from different cultural backgrounds and demographics on a week to week basis, ensuring their perfect concept of a party was achieved. Ability to work and adjust under a rapidly changing environment was needed to keep up with the different demands of the various people worked with.

2 Mile Challenge Intern

CLIF Bar

Heavily worked and dealt with Action Marketing Group (CLIF Bar's marketing company) based out of Boulder, Colorado in order to expand the CLIF Bar brand. Created and executed an extensive and thorough 10-week marketing plan that included creative field marketing techniques, teaming up with local companies for promotions, and online marketing promotions. During the term budgets reports, detailed progress reports, and marketing analysis reports involving market demographic evaluations were required on a weekly basis to ensure that the project was constantly moving forward and spreading among the city. At the end of the term the results of the 2 Mile-Challenge initiative were presented to the marketing department at the CLIF Bar headquarters in Berkeley, California.

Closely worked with different party planners and coordinators to manage and create bi-monthly art events and openings for the greater San Antonio area. To promote for these events, bi-monthly press releases were publicized in local newspapers, magazines, and a variety of different social media. New and inventive field marketing campaigns were designed to create a strong image for the gallery. Aside from the marketing efforts, responsibilities included managing gallery budgets, inventory, and cataloging new and previously existing contacts and networks.
