Work with other telecommunication companies, and cell site providers. Providing tech support and provisioning of all types of circuits. I.E. T1 through OC192. Maintained working circuits for companies, and vendors. Supplied support for other testers and management. Senior Tier II tech support for our center of 150 testers, and our Network Operations Center. Implemented proceedures on testing operations for the center. Troubleshooting of all technologies, for government circuits, broadband, cell, and military bases. Was the single point of contact for the Office of Emergency Services for the State of California.

Trained on all aspects of computers from assembly language, C++, to the inner workings of networks. Electrical background from board level components, to servers. Rebuilding damaged electrical circuits, montors, and cpu's. Able to work with O-Scopes, volt meters, spectrum analyizers, and frequency generators.
I strive to accomplish projects with little or no intervention from a supervisor. Also, I will always ask others if they need help with their tasks on a daily basis, including management requests. I am always open to learning more, and take criticism, with the concept of a learning experience, rather than a negative experience.
Working in the telecommunications industry, to provide excellent service in private line and business enviroments. Able to work under heavy time constraints, with proficient results. Able to work with all types of personalities, and genders. Able to jump ahead of the game to improve results, when others stand by and wait for results.
