The current city manager of Dania Beach, Florida, Robert Baldwin leads 257 government employees in providing full municipal services to a community of 30,000. Before his time with Dania Beach, he served two years as the city manager of Lake Worth, Florida, and 12 years as the town manager of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. Robert Baldwin has also held management positions with the Sheriff's Office of Broward County, Florida; the Central Services Department of Broward County, Florida; and the City Manager's Office of Gainesville, Florida. His core competencies include strategic problem-solving, development of effective operational and administrative systems, infrastructure financing, and leadership in both large and small organizations.
