Robert Ambrosi maintains a full professional schedule. Currently, he acts as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ARC Properties, Inc., a Clifton, New Jersey-based corporation focused on the acquisition and development of net lease real estate properties across the United States. Robert Ambrosi also fulfills the roles of Chairman and CEO with ARC Property Trust, a private real estate investment trust (REIT) owning net lease properties. In addition to these positions, Mr. Ambrosi serves as the owner and President of ARC Financial Services, Inc., and was a founding member of Franklin Bank. Robert Ambrosi sits on the New Jersey Institute of Technology College of Architecture and Design’s Advisory Board. Robert Ambrosi boasts numerous professional distinctions. A finalist for Ernst & Young’s 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year award, Mr. Ambrosi frequently serves as a guest lecturer to noted colleges such as Duke University and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. With ARC Properties, Robert Ambrosi has collected a number of commendations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers’ 1991 award for the Adaptation and Reuse of Historic Buildings and the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s 2003 Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award. His accomplishments also include receiving a National Phoenix Award through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2001 for the effective redevelopment of a contaminated site.Robert Ambrosi possesses more than 25 years of diverse experience directing the successful acquisition, development, and supervision of international real estate projects. Prior to launching his career, Mr. Ambrosi earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Ambrosi also completed a Master’s degree in Finance through Rutgers University, and he holds a Senior Certificate in Real Estate from New York University. Robert Ambrosi started his career as a real estate investment analyst for the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (now owned by AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company). Later, he acted as Vice President for Marcil Properties, Inc., an investment firm based in Canada that facilitated the foreign acquisition of U.S. real estate. Additionally, he cofounded and served as the President of Tibor Pivko + Company, an international real estate corporation that he founded in 1979.
