A member of the American Diabetes Association, The Endocrine Society, and the American Association of Endocrinologists, Dr. Robert Aden treats patients at his private practice in Miami, Florida. Licensed to practice in Florida and New York, Dr. Aden maintains affiliations with Baptist Hospital of Miami and South Miami Hospital. Dr. Robert Aden is Board Certified in internal medicine and endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In addition, Dr. Robert Aden has received certification in procedures that include bone densitometry, thyroid ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration.Dr. Robert Aden served as a Clinical Instructor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, which U.S. News & World Report’s 2009-2010 issue of America’s Best Graduate Schools ranked 18th among medical research graduate schools. At New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Robert Aden acted as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Robert Aden became an Attending Physician at Mount Sinai Medical Center of New York City, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Bellevue Hospital Center in New York. Following his graduation from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he received an undergraduate degree in politics and public affairs, Dr. Robert Aden traveled to Israel to attend medical school. He earned his medical degree at Tel Aviv University through the New York State/American Program of the Sackler School of Medicine. At Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and its affiliated hospital, Jacobi Medical Center, Dr. Robert Aden fulfilled an internship and residency. Subsequently, he completed a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at New York University Medical Center.
