Manager of Human Resources Technology and Analytics
Manage a team of analysts that support the ADP HRMS, Payroll, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Kronos Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition, SuccessFactors Talent Management, HRIS, HR Business Intelligence, and HR Data Warehouse systems. This support includes system installation, configuration, maintenance, customization, vendor relations, internal customer service, auditor support(SOX compliance), project management, and reporting to all levels of company management. positions held at company: Senior Strategy Analyst, Strategy Analyst, and Programmer. Previous responsibilities: Provide vital decision making materials for executive, senior, and front-line managers. Manage and/or participate in numerous special research projects for executive management. Strategic business partner. Create standard and ad hoc reports for all levels of the organization. Authored all current reporting originating from ADP payroll system and HR data warehouse. Lead Gallup associate engagement survey program which is a focus for the entire organization. Provide numerous projections for budgeting process. Utilize SQL and various reporting tools. Data mining and object creation in data warehouse. Participate in vendor evaluation and selection. Mentoring of new analysts. Provided analytic training. Integral to installation of Kronos and ADP systems. Various other Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS, HRIT) duties as necessary.
