  • Manage up to 7 baristas per shift.
  • Acting Manager.
  • Received M.U.G award for customer service (award only given by manager twice over 2 years)
  • Responsibilities including:
    • Cash controller, bank deposits, inventory management, equipment maintenance, staff training, customer complaints, opening and closing the store.
    • Ability to understand and manage all lines of the store P&L.
    • Create and execute Starbucks Problem Solving Method.
    • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
    • Communicate information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.
    • Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
