Responsible for all aspects of Profit and Loss, Ordering, Training, Human Resources, recruitment and local promotions. Trained a complete new team of sales staff, installers and an engineer as well as organising complete refit of shop within 8 months of start date. Trained on surveying, installations, servicing and project managing all trades people.

Reduced staff turnover by 30%.  Responsible for all aspects of Profit and Loss, Training, Human Resources, recruitment, rota’s and local promotions.  Prior to this worked from staff member up to Branch Manager in various different branches along the south coast.
