In a call center enviorment, we answered incoming calls for businesses after their operating hours and recorded messages as needed. We also made urgent outbound calls for people who were trapped in elevators or to apartment managers for tenants who were locked out of their homes. We had over 1400 clients and performed many other tasks as needed.

In a call center enviornment, we contacted the general public to perform public opinion polls in a variety of subjects such as customer saitisfaction in products and services and energy. Record responces verbatim. A customer service attitude required.
