Justus Rothman

I was the Manager for Supreme Site Services at the Hungarian Military Base in Pol e Khomri in Afghanistan from March 2008 to September 2008, which post I resigned from due to too much work for my wife and business partner at my Polygraph Company in South Africa. Robbie Kapp and I arrived at the same time in Afghanistan and he was the Project Manager at Mazar e Sharif at the German Base approximately 200km's from Pek and my nearest colleague. As that was my first time working abroad and in that field I had to ask a lot of advice and guidance from Robbie and had to visit him regularly at his workplace. I became quite familiar with his project and his way of handling it. I can declare without any reservation that Robbie impressed me with his dedication towards his task and the way he orderly organized and executed his various responsibilities. Due to my own background as a military commander I could understand the difficulties and challenges of his project so far from any support and he impressed me with the way he found solutions to it and the way he kept the project going and keeping to deadlines. His anticipation of problems that will surface and the way he made provision for it also quite impressed me. I would recommend Robbie Kapp strongly for any position in his field of experience that he might apply for at your Company. He is dedicated. loyal, responsible and someone you would like to have on your side when things get difficult and when the pressure is on to deliver. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any more info wrt Robbie Kapp

Best Regards Justus Rothman
