My biggest achievements:
(1) Automotive (tier2): Accelerated sales growth by over 66%, increased integral margin by over 12%-points, improved outsource vs. in-house manufacturing ratio (OM share) @ aftermarket by over 16%-points, and successfully launched over 200 products worldwide in less than 3.5years as team achievements till Q1 2015!
(2) Medical Devices: Obtained three CE certificates for medical devices (class IIa and IIb), one patent on a medical device for heart surgery, and triggered to sell patents for a 6 digit €-number within only 18 months!
(3) ICT: Successfully launched over 120 individual software packages (customization, feature-driven development) for over 80 customers in more than 90 countries within only 4 years!
(4) ICT: 1st commercial UMTS project – Software (SW) production (sub-project): Planned and steered an MSC SW production project in size of €1.4m (SOX) and 25kmhrs with a time span of 18mths by leading four teams with up to 18 employees in total. Achieved a delivery precision of 95% due to introduction of transparency of design deliverables and optimization of production process – time saving of over 70% – based on team results.
