About Rob Stahura

Rob Stahura began his career as a telesales executive in the sales department of Teleconsulting Services, Inc. (TSI), in 1989. His position with the company required the use of persuasive language. His skill in this role allowed him to quickly advance to the position of team leader, a TSI management position that put Rob Stahura in charge of up to 10 sales representatives at a time. Each team member represented up to $5,000 in weekly sales for the company. He was instrumental in the creation of a TSI recruiting and development division that made use of training programs such as Tom Hopkins, Strategic Selling, and Gorilla Selling.

After TSI, Mr. Stahura joined Financial Freedom Report (FFR), a seminar company based out of Utah. He initially served as the company’s general manager of sales and set a goal of quadrupling the sales team’s weekly production volume within five months. After five months with the company, weekly sales increased from $25,000 to more than $650,000. Rob Stahura later launched his own company, PMI, and was named to the Who’s Who list of the nation’s top telemarketing sales executives. PMI went on to employ over 150 individuals and establish an annual revenue stream of $100 million.
