Created the Data Migration design for a large Utilities Company (Nuon) in the Netherlands for the migration to CRM Online from existing SAP.and Siebel systems.
Designed and Build new functionality, supported existing functionality for a large Utilities Company (Uniper France) in France, currently operating CRM 2011 on-premise. Traveling to Paris for meetings, workshops and designs. Currently involved in the preparation phase of the Cloud migration to CRM Online for this customer.
Involved in our Unified Service Desk (USD) proposition for contact centres in mainly the Netherlands and Germany.
Investigations into new and existing Microsoft developments that could be useful for our (future) projects. These include:
- Chat Bots / LUIS
- Cognitive Services (Computer Vision API/Speech API / Waiting for invite for CRIS)
and upcoming Azure functionality (e.g. Event Hub, Logic Apps, Functions)
