Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure to achieve the SLA and manage the deliverable within the TAT.
Operational level of interview conducted by me to select the candidate.
Setting the goals for employees to achieve the process goals and organizational goals.
Tracking the performance of employees and providing feedback.
Compensation planning to the employees based on the budget allocated to the team.
Training the new joiners.
Troubleshooting user doubts.
Updating the instruction to the user.
Process knowledge check conducted to existing employees.
Motivate the employees by designing the incentive structure for the team, nominating them for recognition and make them to participate in cultural and sports activities.
Maintaining the MIS Reports like(Team performance reports, Employee performance reports, Volume Analysis reports, Attendance and shift allowance reports) and sharing with top level management.
Interacting with the onshore team who were sitting in United States on a daily basis. Maintaining all process related documents and records with controls for audit purpose.
Corrective action implemented based on the audit findings.
Maintaining all BCP related documents.
Completing all requirements of BCP. Sharing the knowledge to employees and creating awareness about BCP.
Finding out the risk in a process and set a control to eliminate that risk and sharing this with employees to create awareness about the risk.
Implementing process improvement ideas and cost reduction ideas for continuous process improvement.
Virtually managing one more team who were in another region.
Individual Contributor award for community partnership for the year 2014

Received Most Valuable Player Award for my idea which saves cost of $14,760 for my team in Q3 2014.
Best Team Award got in Q4 2013 in BNY Mellon.
