Booz Allen Hamilton

Chief architect and technical lead for Defense Readiness Reporting System. DRRS provides a platform to assist the Department of Defense with readiness assessment and operational planning by providing distributed tools implemented on an enterprise-wide web services based architecture. Core enterprise services in sync with Net-centric Enterprise Services (NCES) standard are used throughout. Code is implemented in Java, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and JSPs using Weblogic Portal Server, Tomcat, and Sun JDK 1.4 with Oracle 9i back end. Responsibilities included:

  • Managed team of 5 developers, 2 requirements analysts, and 2 graphic artists.
  • Interaction with Senior Executive Service (SES) 3 level government employees, including requirements gathering and status briefs.
  • Application and database architecture design and implementation.
