Designed and executed a coherent program of services for a network of STEM schools, beginning with the turnaround of ten chronically low performing high schools. Later, led the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational plans for advancing STEM education. 

Oversaw the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all professional learning for a network of more than 100 schools, including more than 80 schools that target first-generation college goers and aim to graduate students with both a high school diploma and an associate's degree, transferrable college credit, or a certificate.

Launched a new R&D department to accelerate the organization's learning - for improvement as well as innovation. In the first six months, trained the entire organization on Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles for innovation and implemented the first PDSA “wave,” resulting in 30+ presentations of prototypes, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.
