CTO (Also held titles of Sr. VP - Sales, Executive VP - Engineering, and General Manager). I am placed where the opportunity is greatest or the need is greatest.

Created a business plan to spin off new division providing technology and business services to other dealers and distributors. Design and implement new information system. Manage development of two new SAP modules.

Responsible for bringing engineering division to profitability and restoring customer confidence.

  • Reduced operating costs 20%, also introduced a quote management system, and introduced a quality management system

Parametric Technology Corporation

Business Process and Engineering consultant to Dana, TRW, Paccar, and others. Managed successful multi-plant, multinational software deployment. Given sales responsibility for several significant accounts.

  • Provided engineering and business process consulting to major accounts (Fortune 500 companies). As a result of my activity, high-level contacts within customers' organizations developed a positive perception of what the PTC suite of products and services had to offer. I closed $2.5M in additional sales.
  • Successfully worked with customers to develop strategies for melding new tools with current processes and tools. Credited for the successful global deployment of the PTC suite of products and services at several customers.
  • By applying my engineering and business process experience I successfully developed a Heavy Truck Market leading to substantial sales at Paccar, TRW, Goodyear, Dana Commercial Axle, Arvin Meritor, and others.
  • Responsible for training new sales reps and providing on-going Sales mentoring.
  • Developed a web-based sales configuration tool to assist account managers in putting together sales quotes. The configurator was also used to help customers understand the PTC product line-up.
  • Achieved President's Club two times for exceeding sales quota.

  • Worked with customers in the US, Asia and Latin America to develop application specific electrical systems
  • Responsible for working with vendors to ensure quality standards compliance resulting in a 95% reduction in warranty cost to the electrical system
  • Chairperson for the NFPA multiplexing sub-committee. Successfully negotiated the adoption of multiplexed electrical systems for fire trucks.
  • Managed and participated in the design and launch of a new multiplexed wiring system.
  • Lead a team developing a new electrical system for motor home chassis resulting in a 98% reduction in warranty costs to the electrical system.
  • Lead development of a new J1708 gateway.
  • Taught electrical system design and multiplexing seminars in the US and Asia.

Hope Clinic International (HCI)

2002 - Present

  • Team leader for Latin American medical mission teams
  • Liaison to foreign governments.
  • As a result of my efforts in this area HCI has received approval to build operating rooms in a major pediatric hospital and approval to setup a 100 bed maternal and pediatric clinic in an area not serviced by the government.

  • Design an international medical collaboration center to be deployed as a partnership between Hope Clinic International, Hospital La Mascota, DMC, and other US hospitals.
  • Design and administer large sound reinforcement systems for churches and other non-profit groups.
  • Design and deploy data center to support hosted servers and hosted desktops for small businesses. This data center also provides data backup services for medical facilities in developing countries.
