Stromberg is a payroll systems in which I utilized for timecard corrections, submitting payroll, run WE reports for total hours work for the week for over 250 agents. Troubleshooting stromberg for when agents was not able to login or receiving errors.

Citrix & VCC

I work within Citrix daily with sharepoints, requesting access thru Citrix for clients and I have mastered the troublseshooting of VCC getting agents back on the phone with systems issues.
