• Take the lead in the implementation of all VAS platforms for teleco operators.
• Ensure the QoS is maintained after the service/product is launched.
• Ensure services are implemented within allocated budgets.
• Manage services operations and putting together action plans to improve Company’s ability to seize these opportunities
• Collate handover documentation for any new services.
• Propose optimization of existing and new services provided.

• Handles relationships with multiple customers and builds strong relationships.

Accomplished Projects:

• Service Delivery Platfrom to deliver content over WAP, SMS, MMS, IVR, WEB request channels
• IRC like WAP Chat platform for mobile users.
• Mobile Application (Native App) for iOS, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian & Android used as a part of a marketing campaign for Enel (largest enery provider in Europe).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create/Review and verify Build, Implementation & Integration plans of Mobile VAS products.
•  Act as technical lead in delivery of Mobile VAS solutions
• Support and participate in the product software development lifecycle.
• Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and support in transfere of solution to operational/production status
• Manage all technical documentation including technical project closure and documentation 
• Conduct technical presentations to customers in conjention with sales executives incorportaing both product solutions and professional services.
• Perform configuration, installation, tests, analysis and evaluate test results.
• Support and participate in the acceptance procedures and tests.
